Process
Stripping We offer complete stripping of all parts when needed.
Polishing We have over 20 years experience in custom finishing which all started with our complete polishing service
Application Taping We then mask the back pad, center hub, and center lock (if applicable) for factory a hub-centric fit and clean flush mounting surface.
Solid Colors are hand sanded with rough grit paper to scuff the metal and rid the wheel of any imperfections to maximize the powder coat adhesion and overall quality. After stage one sanding they are washed, bagged, and sent to powder team for a two step powder coating process. Wheels are powder coated the desired color, quality inspected, then clear coated with desired finish; gloss, semi gloss, or matte.
Brushed Face / Solid Colored Windows are hand sanded like step one, then powder coated your desired color. They are then sent back to the brushing team to brush the face. They are then washed, bagged, and sent to our powder coat team for a gloss, semi gloss, or matte clear.
Brushed Face / Colored Clear Windows are hand polished, then powder coated your desired colored clear. We then hand brushed the face or desired surfaces, and finally washed, bagged, and sent to our powder coat team for a gloss, semi gloss, or matte clear.
Brushed / Clear wheels are sent directly to our brushing team where the wheels are completely hand brushed on every surface. They are then washed, bagged, and sent to our powder team for their final clear coat.
Hi Polish / Clear wheels are sent directly to our polishing team where the wheels are hand polished on every surface. They are then washed, bagged, and sent to our powder team for their final clear coat.
Hi Polish & Brushed / Clear wheels are sent to our polishing team to hi luster polish any desired surface, those surfaces are then masked and the wheel is sent to our brushing team for your desired surface. They are then washed, bagged, and sent to our powder team for their final clear coat.
Brushed / Color Clear (candy) wheels are sent through the same initial process as Brushed / Cleared wheels, however they require a two step powder coat process. Wheels are powder coated your desired tint, quality inspected, washed, then clear coated with desired finish; gloss, semi gloss, or matte.
Hi Polish / Color Clear (candy) wheels are sent through the same initial process as Hi Polish / Cleared wheels, however they require the two step powder coat process. Wheels are powder coated your desired tint, quality inspected, washed, then clear coated with desired finish; gloss, semi gloss, or matte.
Hi Polish & Brushed / Color Clear (candy) wheels are sent to our polishing team to hi luster polish any desired surface, those surfaces are then masked and the wheel is sent to our brushing team for brushing your desired surface. They are then washed, bagged, and sent to our powder team for the two step powder coat process. Wheels are powder coated your desired tint, quality inspected, washed, then clear coated with desired finish; gloss, semi gloss, or matte.
Multi Tone range in metal prep and powder coating processes. Multi tone wheels require several of the processes listed above and hand masked throughout the various processes based on your desired finish. Multi tone wheels can include brushed and polished surfaces with different colored clears for each. This is custom and personal process.
